Day 01

Drive from Pokhara to Banthanti and Trek to Ghorepani

7 AM – 4 PM

Travel Distance: Approx. 65 km

Travel Duration: 4 hrs drive + 3 hrs trek

Max Altitude: 2,874m

Overnight: Ghorepani

Meal: Lunch, Dinner

After breakfast, drive from Pokhara to Banthanti through scenic mountain roads and hillside villages. From Banthanti, begin trekking through rhododendron forests and stone stair trails toward Ghorepani village. In the evening, enjoy leisure time exploring the traditional village and surrounding mountain scenery.

Day 02

Hike to Poon Hill and Trek to Tadapani

4 AM – 4 PM

Travel Distance: Approx. 12 km

Travel Duration: 6-7 hrs

Max Altitude: 3,210m

Overnight: Tadapani

Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Wake up early for the famous sunrise hike to Poon Hill. The viewpoint offers spectacular panoramic views of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchhre, and surrounding Himalayan ranges glowing under the morning sunlight. After returning to Ghorepani for breakfast, continue trekking through forests and ridgelines toward the peaceful village of Tadapani.

Day 03

Trek from Tadapani to Chhomrong

8 AM – 3 PM

Travel Distance: Approx. 10 km

Travel Duration: 5-6 hrs

Max Altitude: 2,170m

Overnight: Chhomrong

Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

After breakfast, descend through dense forests and traditional settlements toward Chhomrong village. This beautiful Gurung settlement sits beneath the towering Annapurna South and Machhapuchhre peaks. During leisure time, explore Gurung culture, stone-paved alleys, local tea houses, and stunning mountain viewpoints around the village.

    • 30% deposit to confirm booking

    • 40% due 15 days before trip start

    • Remaining balance settled 2–3 days before departure or at pre-tour meetup

    • 30% deposit to confirm booking

    • 40% due 30 days before trip start

    • Remaining balance settled 2–3 days before departure or at pre-tour meetup

    Last-minute bookings (within 15 days of departure): 100% payment required upon confirmation.

    Payment Methods

    Payments accepted via bank transfer, credit card, or authorized payment gateway in USD or NPR equivalent. International transaction fees are borne by the customer. Payment is confirmed only after funds are credited to our account.

    Amendments

    Changes to confirmed bookings (dates, names, itinerary) must be made in writing. Additional charges from hotels, airlines, or local partners may apply. Changes within 7 days of departure follow the cancellation policy.

    Child & Senior Policy

    • Under 5 years: Complimentary (sharing bed with parents) for hotels. Flight fares per airline policy.

    • Ages 5–10: 50% of adult rate (sharing bed). Flight fares per airline policy.

    • Above 10 years: Charged as adults.

    • Travelers 65+: Requested to share medical/fitness information for high-altitude or adventure activities.

    Travel Insurance

    Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all travelers, covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, delays, and evacuation. Proof may be requested before departure.

If we cancel a confirmed booking due to force majeure (natural disasters, political instability, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions), you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, excluding non-refundable costs such as permits, flights, or hotel deposits. Alternatively, you may reschedule or transfer to a future date at no extra charge (subject to supplier terms).

Refunds
