    • Remaining balance settled 2–3 days before departure or at pre-tour meetup

    • 30% deposit to confirm booking

    • 40% due 30 days before trip start

    • Remaining balance settled 2–3 days before departure or at pre-tour meetup

    Last-minute bookings (within 15 days of departure): 100% payment required upon confirmation.

    Payment Methods

    Payments accepted via bank transfer, credit card, or authorized payment gateway in USD or NPR equivalent. International transaction fees are borne by the customer. Payment is confirmed only after funds are credited to our account.

    Amendments

    Changes to confirmed bookings (dates, names, itinerary) must be made in writing. Additional charges from hotels, airlines, or local partners may apply. Changes within 7 days of departure follow the cancellation policy.

    Child & Senior Policy

    • Under 5 years: Complimentary (sharing bed with parents) for hotels. Flight fares per airline policy.

    • Ages 5–10: 50% of adult rate (sharing bed). Flight fares per airline policy.

    • Above 10 years: Charged as adults.

    • Travelers 65+: Requested to share medical/fitness information for high-altitude or adventure activities.

    Travel Insurance

    Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all travelers, covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, delays, and evacuation. Proof may be requested before departure.

Cancellation by Uncover Nepal

If we cancel a confirmed booking due to force majeure (natural disasters, political instability, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions), you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, excluding non-refundable costs such as permits, flights, or hotel deposits. Alternatively, you may reschedule or transfer to a future date at no extra charge (subject to supplier terms).

Refunds

  • Processed within 7–15 working days after cancellation acknowledgment

  • Issued via original payment method and currency

  • Bank/service fees related to the refund are borne by the traveler

  • Flights, permits, and entrance tickets are non-refundable once issued

  • No partial refunds for unused services or early departures

Uncover Nepal acts as an organizer and intermediary between travelers and third-party suppliers. We are not liable for delays, losses, accidents, or damages caused by third-party providers, weather, or events beyond our control. Any damage caused by the traveler to property must be compensated directly.

Disputes

Disputes will first be resolved amicably. Failing resolution, disputes are governed by the laws of Nepal and settled under Nepal's jurisdiction.
