Day 01

Drive to Chitwan from Kathmandu

7am – 3pm

Your Golden Triangle Nepal Tour begins with a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Chitwan through beautiful hills, rivers, and countryside landscapes. After reaching Chitwan, check into your hotel and relax. The remaining time can be spent enjoying the peaceful atmosphere around the jungle resort.

Day 02

Jungle Activities in Chitwan

7am – 5pm

Activities: Canoe Ride, Jungle Walk & Jeep Safari

Max. Altitude: 415m

Overnight: Chitwan

Meal: Breakfast, Lunch

Start the day with an early morning canoe ride along the Rapti River where crocodiles and various bird species can often be spotted. Continue with a short jungle walk accompanied by experienced naturalists. After lunch, enjoy an exciting jeep safari deep inside Chitwan National Park where you may encounter one-horned rhinos, deer, monkeys, wild boars, and many other wildlife species.

For 4 hours private safari jeep it cost USD$160.

For private canoe ride it cost USD$80 for whole boat accommodate upto 10 pax.

For 3 hrs core national park jungle walk it cost USD$ 80 for a group of 5 pax.

Day 03

Drive to Pokhara from Chitwan

8am – 3pm

Travel Distance: 150 km

Travel Duration: 5-6 hrs

Overnight: Pokhara

Meal: Breakfast, Lunch

After breakfast, drive toward Pokhara, one of Nepal’s most beautiful tourist cities. On the way, visit the Elephant Breeding Center in Chitwan to learn about elephant conservation efforts. Continue the scenic drive alongside rivers and green hills until reaching Pokhara. Enjoy a relaxing evening near Lakeside.

    Individual / Small Group (up to 6 pax):

    • 30% deposit to confirm booking

    • 40% due 15 days before trip start

    • Remaining balance settled 2–3 days before departure or at pre-tour meetup

    Group (7+ pax):

    • 30% deposit to confirm booking

    • 40% due 30 days before trip start

    • Remaining balance settled 2–3 days before departure or at pre-tour meetup

    Last-minute bookings (within 15 days of departure): 100% payment required upon confirmation.

    Payment Methods

    Payments accepted via bank transfer, credit card, or authorized payment gateway in USD or NPR equivalent. International transaction fees are borne by the customer. Payment is confirmed only after funds are credited to our account.

    Amendments

    Changes to confirmed bookings (dates, names, itinerary) must be made in writing. Additional charges from hotels, airlines, or local partners may apply. Changes within 7 days of departure follow the cancellation policy.

    Child & Senior Policy

    • Under 5 years: Complimentary (sharing bed with parents) for hotels. Flight fares per airline policy.

    • Ages 5–10: 50% of adult rate (sharing bed). Flight fares per airline policy.

    • Above 10 years: Charged as adults.

    • Travelers 65+: Requested to share medical/fitness information for high-altitude or adventure activities.

    Travel Insurance

    Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all travelers, covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, delays, and evacuation. Proof may be requested before departure.

If we cancel a confirmed booking due to force majeure (natural disasters, political instability, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions), you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, excluding non-refundable costs such as permits, flights, or hotel deposits. Alternatively, you may reschedule or transfer to a future date at no extra charge (subject to supplier terms).

Refunds

  • Processed within 7–15 working days after cancellation acknowledgment

  • Issued via original payment method and currency

  • Bank/service fees related to the refund are borne by the traveler

  • Flights, permits, and entrance tickets are non-refundable once issued

  • No partial refunds for unused services or early departures
